Our Approach

We respect intellectual property: ours, that of the creators we work with, and everyone else’s. This policy explains who owns what on this website and how to tell us if you believe something here infringes your copyright.

It covers this website only. Content on OnlyFans or any other platform is handled by that platform, as explained below.

Our Website Content

The text, design, logo, graphics, blog posts and other material on this website belong to Nocturnal Talent LLC or its licensors, and may be protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.

  • Do not copy, republish, sell or adapt our content without our written permission.

  • Do not use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse, sponsor or partner with you.

  • Nothing in this policy limits uses the law allows, such as fair use.

Nocturnal Talent is not affiliated with or endorsed by OnlyFans. OnlyFans and other platform names are trademarks of their owners.

Creators Own Their Content

Creators we work with keep ownership of their content and of their OnlyFans accounts. We use a creator’s content only as their signed Creator Management Agreement allows, and working with us never transfers ownership of that content to us.

Photos you send with an application stay yours too. We use them only to review your application and keep them as our Privacy Policy explains.

When creators post on OnlyFans, OnlyFans’ own terms decide what rights they give the platform. Those terms are between the creator and OnlyFans.

Report Infringement on This Website

If you believe material on this website infringes your copyright, email admin@nocturnaltalent.com with the word Copyright in the subject line. So we can act quickly, your notice should include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature, as the copyright owner or a person authorized to act for them.

  2. A description of the copyrighted work you say is infringed, or a representative list if there are several.

  3. The material on this website you say is infringing, with the page address or other details we need to find it.

  4. Your name, postal address, phone number and email address.

  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.

  6. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

These are the elements set out in the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act at 17 U.S.C. 512(c)(3). A notice that leaves some out may take longer to handle, and we may ask you for the missing details.

How We Respond

  1. Review: we review every notice we receive.

  2. Remove or disable: where appropriate, we remove the material or disable access to it.

  3. Contact: if the material was supplied by someone else, we contact that person and may share your notice with them so they can respond.

  4. Follow up: we tell you what we have done.

We may decline to act on a notice that is incomplete, unclear or appears to be made in bad faith.

Counter-Notice

If material you supplied was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you can send a counter-notice to admin@nocturnaltalent.com with Copyright in the subject line. It should include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.

  2. The material that was removed and where it appeared before it was removed.

  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

  4. Your name, postal address and phone number.

  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the district where your address is, or, if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which Nocturnal Talent LLC may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice or their agent.

We send your counter-notice to the person who sent the original notice. Unless they tell us they have filed a court action about the material, we may restore it 10 to 14 business days after we receive your counter-notice.

False or Misleading Claims

Under 17 U.S.C. 512(f), anyone who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake or misidentification, can be liable for the damages that result, including costs and attorneys’ fees.

Before you send a notice, consider whether the use might be allowed, for example as fair use. If you are unsure, speak to a lawyer.

Content on Other Platforms

We can only act on material on this website. If content you own appears on OnlyFans or another platform, report it to that platform through its own process. Emailing us will not remove it.

  • OnlyFans: use its DMCA Takedown Policy for content on onlyfans.com. The same page explains how to ask OnlyFans for help with infringing material found on other websites.

  • Other platforms and hosts: most publish a copyright or DMCA reporting process, usually linked from their terms or help pages.

Repeat Infringers

Visitors cannot publish content on this website today. If we ever host material supplied by users, we will, in appropriate circumstances, remove the access of anyone who repeatedly infringes others’ copyright, and we will update this policy to explain how.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Last updated: September 28, 2026. Effective: September 28, 2026.

Our Terms of Service explain how disputes about this website are handled.
