What Cookies Are

This Cookie Policy explains how Nocturnal Talent LLC (“we”) uses cookies and similar technologies on this website.

Cookies are small text files a website saves in your browser so it can remember something about your visit. Similar technologies do the same kind of job. Local storage keeps small pieces of information in your browser, and scripts can send information from your browser to a server. In this policy, “cookies” covers all of these.

Some of these technologies are strictly necessary for a site to work. Others, such as analytics and advertising cookies, are optional, and in many countries a site must ask for your consent before using them.

What This Site Uses Today

This website is built and hosted on Framer. Today it uses only the technologies below, plus Framer’s cookie-free visit statistics, which a later section explains. What it saves in your browser is kept in local storage, not in cookies.

  • Your cookie choice: Framer’s cookie banner saves your answer in your browser’s local storage under three names. framerCookiesConsentMode holds your choice for each category. framerCookiesDismissed records that you have answered or closed the banner. framerCookiesAutoAccepted records that the simple notice used outside the EU, EEA and UK applied its automatic setting. They have no expiry date and stay until you clear this site’s data.

  • Your application draft: if you start filling in the form on our apply page, it saves your answers in your browser’s local storage under the name nocturnal_apply_v1. The next section explains how it works.

  • Delivering and protecting the site: Framer’s files and scripts load the pages, fonts and images and protect the site from abuse. Like any web server, Framer receives your IP address and browser details when your browser asks for a page. Some pages may also load fonts from Google Fonts, in which case Google receives the same details. Google says these font requests do not use cookies.

  • Form spam protection: when you send one of our forms, Framer’s built-in spam protection has your device solve a small puzzle in the background to show you are not a bot.

None of these are used for advertising, and none of them track you across other websites. We have not added any analytics, advertising or tracking code.

Your Application Draft

Our application form saves your answers as you go, so you do not lose them if you close the page. This only happens once you start filling in the form on our apply page. The draft, including your application reference, is saved in your browser’s local storage under the name nocturnal_apply_v1.

  • It stays on your device: the draft is kept in your browser only. It is not sent to us, and we cannot see it, unless you send the application.

  • 72 hours: a draft is kept for up to 72 hours after your last change. After that, the form deletes it the next time the page opens.

  • Deleted when you apply: once your application is sent, the form deletes the draft.

  • No photos: photos you add are never saved in a draft.

  • Deleting it yourself: clear this site’s data in your browser.

The draft can hold personal and sensitive answers, so if you use a shared or public device, clear this site’s data when you finish. The draft is part of the form you choose to fill in, so the cookie banner does not switch it on or off.

Framer’s Visit Statistics

Framer gives us basic statistics about visits to this site, such as page views, the sites visitors came from, and countries, device types and browsers. We only ever see totals, never a record of an individual visitor.

Framer states that these statistics do not use cookies or create any persistent identifier. To count unique visitors within a single day, Framer turns your IP address and browser details into a one-way code using a secret key that is replaced and deleted every day. The statistics script sends details such as the page address, the site that sent you, and your language and time zone settings to Framer.

Because these statistics store nothing on your device, they run whatever you choose in the banner. They are separate from the banner’s Analytics category, which is for analytics tools that use cookies. If you prefer not to be counted, a browser or extension that blocks analytics scripts should stop them, and the site will still work.

Changing Your Choice

You can change your mind at any time. Select Cookie Settings in the footer of any page to reopen the banner, then update and save your choices.

A new choice applies from that moment on. It does not undo anything that happened before, but it stops anything you switch off from running in future.

Browser Controls

Most browsers let you view, block and delete cookies and other site data, including local storage. You will usually find these controls in your browser’s privacy or site data settings, and your browser’s help pages explain how they work.

If you clear this site’s data, your cookie choice and any application draft are deleted, and the banner will ask again. If you block local storage for this site, the banner may appear on every visit, the application form cannot save a draft, and parts of the site may not work as expected.

Other Websites

This site links to other websites, such as OnlyFans and social media platforms. When you follow a link, the other site may set its own cookies under its own policy, which we do not control.

If we ever embed content from another service on this site, such as a video or a social media post, that service may set its own cookies. We will list any such service on this page before we add it.

Changes to This Policy

If we add or change any tool that stores or reads information on your device, we will update this page before it goes live and, where the law requires, ask for your consent again through the banner.

This policy is effective from October 2, 2026, and was last updated on that date.
