Age and Consent Policy

Adults only, consent always. Here is how we hold that line: who we work with, how age is checked, how limits are kept, and what we do when something is wrong.

Adults Only, No Exceptions

Nocturnal Talent LLC works only with creators who are 18 or older. There are no exceptions: not for a trial, not for a single post, and not for anyone who says they will turn 18 soon. This website is intended for adults, and it contains no sexually explicit material.

This policy applies to every creator we work with, to everyone who appears in their content, and to everyone on our team, including contractors. Each creator’s working relationship with us is governed by a separate signed Creator Management Agreement. The two are written to work together. If they ever differ, the signed agreement applies to that creator, but nothing in any agreement relaxes the age and consent rules on this page.

We are not affiliated with or endorsed by OnlyFans. The OnlyFans checks described below are run by OnlyFans under its own rules.

How We Check Age

Age is checked at several points before any work starts.

  • When you apply: our application form asks your age, and your partner’s age if you apply as a couple, and it will not accept anyone under 18. By sending it, you confirm that everyone in your content is 18 or older. If you add photos, you also confirm they are of you, or of you both, and that you are 18 or older.

  • OnlyFans verification: OnlyFans requires creators to pass its age and identity verification before they can post. Its published process includes a valid government photo ID, a standalone selfie and a selfie holding that ID, followed by regular repeat selfie checks. You can read how OnlyFans describes it in its Age and Identity Verification guide.

  • Your own verification: if you are new to OnlyFans, you complete that verification yourself, with your own ID. We never complete it for you, and we do not run or promote any account until it has passed.

  • Our own check: during onboarding, under the signed agreement, we also check a valid government photo ID ourselves and confirm that the name and date of birth match the person we are working with. Work does not start until these checks are complete.

If anything suggests that a creator or someone in their content might be under 18, we stop straight away. We do not continue unless the doubt is fully resolved, and where a minor may be involved we report it as described below. If a fan appears to be under 18, we stop interacting with them and report the account to OnlyFans.

Everyone Who Appears in Content

Every person who appears in a creator’s content must be 18 or older, verified and consenting. We follow the co-authored content rules in the OnlyFans Terms of Service: each person must be either a verified OnlyFans creator tagged in the post, or an adult whose proof of identity and written, informed consent the creator has obtained, using the release OnlyFans asks for.

  • We will not post, schedule, sell or promote content featuring another person until that person’s verification and consent are in place.

  • Consent to appear must be clear, informed and freely given. It is never assumed from a relationship, an earlier shoot or a payment.

  • Someone who is intoxicated, asleep or otherwise unable to give clear consent at the time cannot consent, and content made in those circumstances is never used.

  • Anyone who appears in content can withdraw their consent to appear. OnlyFans’ terms allow co-authored content to be removed when that happens, and we remove it from anything we control.

If you apply as a couple, we speak with each of you, and each of you completes your own verification and gives your own consent.

Zero Tolerance

Some things end a working relationship immediately and may be reported to the authorities. We never create, post, sell or promote any of the following, and we will not work with anyone who does.

  • Child sexual abuse material: any sexual depiction of anyone under 18, and any content, role-play or message that sexualizes minors or presents an adult as under 18.

  • Non-consensual content: intimate images or video recorded, shared or sold without the consent of everyone in them, including hidden-camera recordings and leaked private material.

  • Deepfakes and impersonation: sexual content that is AI-generated, edited or made to look like a real person without that person’s consent, and any account or content that impersonates a real person.

  • Coercion: threats, blackmail, pressure or manipulation used to make anyone create content, keep creating it or hand over money.

  • Trafficking and exploitation: anyone being controlled through force, fraud or coercion, including someone else controlling a creator’s identity documents, earnings, account or movements.

What We Do When Something Is Wrong

If we learn of or suspect anything on the zero tolerance list, we act straight away.

  • Stop: we stop all work on the affected account or content immediately.

  • Never spread it: we never copy, download, forward or screenshot suspected child sexual abuse material, even to report it. We record where it was found instead.

  • Preserve: we keep the information the law requires or allows us to keep, such as usernames, links, dates and what was reported, so it can reach the right people.

  • Report: we report to the NCMEC CyberTipline where a minor may be involved, to law enforcement where appropriate, and to OnlyFans or the platform concerned through its own reporting tools.

  • Cooperate: we cooperate with lawful requests from police and platforms investigating the matter.

  • End the relationship: we end our work with anyone responsible.

When a creator is the person at risk, their safety comes first. We share a creator’s report and identity only as widely as needed to protect them and to meet the law.

You Are Free to Leave

Nobody is trapped by us. There is no lock-in: you can leave, and your OnlyFans account stays yours.

  • We never hold your identity documents, logins, content, earnings or private information over you to keep you working with us.

  • We never use debts, threats or embarrassment to stop anyone from leaving.

  • Your OnlyFans account is in your name, and it stays yours.

The practical steps for ending our work together are set out in your signed agreement.

Your Identity and Privacy

Many creators work under a stage name. We treat your real identity as confidential.

  • Need to know: only the people who need your legal name, ID or contact details to do the work can see them.

  • Never published: we never reveal your legal name, location or other details you keep private in promotion or in messages to fans without your permission.

  • Discretion: we do not tell anyone outside our team that you work with us unless you agree, or we need to for legal, tax or safety reasons.

  • Documents: identity documents you share with us are kept securely, used only to verify you and to meet legal duties, and deleted once we no longer need them for those purposes, including any record-keeping period the law sets.

  • Same rules everywhere: some of our team and contractors work from outside the United States, and they are bound by the same rules.

Our Privacy Policy explains in full how we collect, use, keep and protect personal information.

Record-Keeping and Section 2257

In the United States, 18 U.S.C. 2257 and its regulations at 28 CFR Part 75 set record-keeping duties for producers of sexually explicit content, including checking each performer’s government photo ID and keeping records of their legal name and date of birth.

OnlyFans’ terms make each creator legally responsible for everything on their account, even when someone helps them run it, and require the creator to act as custodian of records for the content they upload.

We only handle content featuring adults verified as described on this page. Where these laws require us to keep records of our own, we keep them, and we help creators, OnlyFans and lawful authorities with these records where the law requires or allows it.

Report a Concern

If you or anyone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first, for example 911 in the United States, 999 in the United Kingdom, 112 in the European Union or 000 in Australia.

For anything else, email admin@nocturnaltalent.com with Safety in the subject line. Anyone can report: a creator, someone who appears in content, a fan, a member of our team or a member of the public.

  • Anonymous reports: you do not have to give your name, and you can write from an email address that does not identify you.

  • What helps: usernames, links, dates and a short description of what happened.

  • What not to send: please do not send us sexual images. Never send, download or share any image of someone who may be under 18. Tell us where it is instead.

  • Confidentiality: we keep your identity private and share it only where the law requires or where it is needed to protect someone from harm.

  • No retaliation: we will never penalize a creator or team member for raising a concern in good faith.

We review every safety report and act on it as quickly as the situation needs.

Outside Help and Resources

You do not have to come to us first. These organizations are independent of Nocturnal Talent and can help you directly.

  • NCMEC CyberTipline: report suspected child sexual exploitation online at report.cybertip.org or by phone on 1-800-843-5678, 24 hours a day.

  • Take It Down: a free NCMEC service that helps remove nude or sexual images taken of someone when they were under 18. Visit takeitdown.ncmec.org.

  • StopNCII.org: for adults whose intimate images have been shared, or are threatened to be shared, without consent. It creates a digital fingerprint of the image on your own device, so the image itself is never uploaded. Visit stopncii.org.

  • US National Human Trafficking Hotline: confidential help, 24 hours a day. Call 1-888-373-7888, text 233733 or visit humantraffickinghotline.org.

  • OnlyFans: to report content on OnlyFans, use the report button on the post or account. OnlyFans explains its process in Ensuring Consent for Intimate Images.

In the United States, the TAKE IT DOWN Act makes it a federal crime to knowingly publish non-consensual intimate images of a person, including AI-generated fakes, and requires covered online platforms to remove them within 48 hours of a valid request from the person shown.
